Paul Thompson speaker at Green Building United's Demonstration Project

IEI principal, Paul A. Thompson, was a speaker at Green Building United's "Demonstration Project 2018" event, held on Wednesday 3/14 at KieranTimberlake.

The intent of the Demonstration Project is two-fold: establish the feasibility of renovating existing brick masonry rowhouses to the Passive House standard; and design infill affordable housing to meet the requirements of the Living Building Challenge. Using charrettes and workshops to engage with the design community, participants will learn about opportunities to rethink how we design and build using above code standards as a guide for future development.

The event was sold out, so you can save the date for the next event on April 11th! Learn more: https://greenbuildingunited.org/events/passive-rowhouse-project-kickoff-charrette
